Cents of Pride is a unique program dedicated to fulfilling students’ needs through a reward system that reinforces positive choices and empowers students. Gift of Hope sponsors this program at Forsyth Schools for students grades 5-12. Students are rewarded “Pride Bucks” from their teachers to spend in the Cents of Pride Store, which is stocked with essentials like, food, hygiene products, pillows, blankets, school supplies and clothes.

Beyond creating the opportunity to fulfill essential needs, this program influences students to continue making good choices throughout their lives to become self-sufficient, contributing members of society.
